The Holiday Season has begun! This is the time of year where people love to celebrate with family, friends and food. But, you’ve committed to making healthier choices, and your body thanks you for it. Just remember, your healthy eating habits don’t have to stop during the holidays. This holiday season we want you to count your blessings and not your calories.
